- Corporation tax returns dealing with income arising from various sources including overseas structures
- Computation of liabilities to corporation tax
- Advising on all aspects of property tax
- Advising on matters relating to Stamp Duty and Land Tax
- Advising on all aspects of VAT including on-line registration and selection of appropriate VAT schemes
- Dealing with tax matters related to non-resident and foreign controlled companies
- General and specific tax planning for companies and shareholders
- Conducting negotiations with HM Revenue & Customs on tax enquiries raised
